How To Exchange or Return

 

Repackage your item(s) in its original state, and mail it to the appointed address within 7 days of receipt of original shipment. We will confirm your application within 24 working hours after we receive your mail.

 

 

 

Return Policy

 

It may take at least 4-5 business days or more for your exchange/return to reach our location. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days of receipt) your refund will ONLY be processed if the mistake was on our behalf. Refunds will automatically apply to your original payment method. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may require an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account.

In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.

 

Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)

 

Item(s) must be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receiving your original order.
